We are dedicated to providing life-changing supported accommodation solutions for individuals who face significant challenges accessing or maintaining conventional housing due to disability, trauma, and mental ill health.

Our trusted team works closely with care providers, mental health professionals, and community stakeholders to ensure that the most vulnerable individuals in our society are not left behind.

We pride ourselves on delivering Intensive Housing Management that is person-centred, respectful to our tenants needs, providing safe accommodation and delivering effective support and supervision with a psychologically and trauma informed approach, dependant on needs.

Across our communities, many individuals with complex needs are excluded from mainstream housing options. Disability, trauma, and mental ill health can make it difficult for these individuals to access or sustain stable accommodation, leaving them at risk of homelessness and further marginalisation. Without stable housing, these individuals face worsening physical and mental health, isolation, and a loss of hope.

The demand for supportive housing solutions continues to grow, and the gap between need and decent available services is widening. This is where Auxilium Community Housing steps in — providing a safe, stable, and supportive environment for those who need it most.

The team goes above and beyond. I was placed in accommodation last year with Auxilium, and from day one, the level of support and care has been phenomenal. Before I had even collected the keys, I received a phone call asking if there was any cutlery or anything else needed. The next day, I met with some of the team and got brand new cutlery, pots and pans, bedding, duvets, pillows, etc. While chatting, I could tell that they genuinely cared.

Being an Auxilium tenant has changed my outlook on life. The extensive support the guys offer makes me feel safe and given me a new sense of worth. I have lived with other housing providers who just stop at providing a roof, Auxilium actually care about my mental heath and rehabilitation.

Auxilium have been fantastic from the second I was welcomed into their family. I feel like I have lots of support, and know that at any point I have any issues I can just contact a member of the team and go from there. They worry about the true issues in life we face and help the right people out who want the chance to actually live a decent existence.
